Dress Code Policy 2009-2010
 

Students will be required to dress in Standard School Attire for the 2009-2010 school year, however, there are a few small changes from the 2008-2009 dress code requirements.  The following are the guidelines  you should follow to prepare your student for the 09-10 school year at DTMS.  If you have any further questions, please contact your student's teacher or someone in the main office.

  1. Students may wear ANY COLOR of solid colored shirt. Shirts MUST have a collar—button down, polo style, turtleneck, etc. Shirts cannot be striped or printed, they must be solid in color.
  2. Students can wear sweaters and sweatshirts, as long as they are SOLID in color and do not have a hood. No emblems or logos are permitted.
  3. There is no change to the requirements for bottoms. Bottoms must be khaki, black, or navy. No cargo pockets are permitted. No short skirts or shorts are permitted—the length must reach past the fingertips when arms are stretched out at the side. No denim of any sort is permitted. Leggings must be one of the pants colors—black, navy or khaki.
  4. Open toed sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
